Problema cu template-uri

Salut!
Cand vreau sa modific ceva din Template-uri - General Mie nu mi se modifica nimic. am urmat corect indicațile dar tot nu mi se modifica forumu.

ex: am idicat accest topic dar nu mio mers

Și mie nu mi-a aparut nimic. si acel topic era bun dar la mine nu sa modificat numic cand am bagat acest cod in index_body

Buna seara , stergeti tot din index_body si inlocuiti cu codul pe care ati dorit sa il adaugati.
