Cursor cu text in jurul lui

Salutare,
Cum pot sa pun si eu pe forum un text in jurul cursorului? Am folosit sectiunea de "Cautare" am gasit ceva link acolo insa zicea ca "Subiectul nu mai este disponibil" sau ceva in genul. Deci va rog mult, ajutati-ma! Folosesc PhpBB 2, daca are vreo importanta. Multumesc!
