[AJUTOR] : Cum pot face la profilurile utilizatorilor de pe forum chenare ?

Puteti sa imi dati vrun cod ceva ca la profilurii sa arate totul in chenare?? ca in imaginea de mai jos !! am folosit si cautare si nu am gasit !! (poate nu am scris corect sau poate nu exista asa topic)
Ex :
Si va rog explicatimi cum si unde sa pun scriptul sau codu sau altceva si cum !!! Multumesk de intelegere !

Pasul 1:
