Schimbarea dimensiunii logoului

Buna ziua,am o problema pe forumul meu.Am luat o tema de pe net si am modificat logoul dar acesta este prea lat,si as vrea sa modific dimensiunile acestuia dar am uitat ce cod c++ trebuia folosit,Mai am o problema tot legata de logo,nu stiu de ce dar in spatele lui se vede un patrat mare negru,si nu pot scapa caci nu gasesc care cod c++ l-a creeat.
