Modificare aspect subiecte si mesaje la categorii

Cum pot ca in loc de "subiecte" si "mesaje" sa apara "statistici" si inloc de "Ultimele mesaje" sa apara "Informatii Ultimul Mesaj"?

As vrea sa apara tot ca acolo "x subiecte" si "x raspunsuri" unu sub altu daca se poate.
