Cum pot elimina efectul de la forumuri ?

Cum pot elimina efectul acela cand pui cursorul peste un forum se face alta culoare?

Vreau sa ii stabilesc culoarea alba tot timpul chiar daca ai trecut cu cursorul peste el.

Vreau sa elimin efectul , si dupa cum am mai precizat , doresc sa las culoarea alba tot timpul (#FFFFFF) .

Intraţi în P.A - Afişare - Culori - Culorile de fundal - Culoarea link-ului la pozitionarea mouse-ului deasupra sa. :
