Numele forumului dupa maus

Problema este simpla si nu stiu rezolvarea . Problema fiind :

Asi vrea cand cineva intra pe forumul meu , dar sa nu fie inregistrat sa ii apara langa maus numele forumului www.forum.forum.ro , am dat exemplu ca nu vreau sa fac reclama , cum pot face asta ?

Info : Fiti atenti veti gasi intre niste ghilimele Propozitia "Aici scrieti cuvantul" deci acolo puneti cuvantul care vreti sa s invarta dupa cursor !

Apare decat Setari Generale si Mesaj pe prima pagina ceva de genul.

Tema mea este foarte mult alb si foarte putin albastru si textu e alb si nu se vede prea clar , cum fac sa fie negru sau alta culoare?
